Intercultural Training

Together with the participants, the following questions will be discussed during the training:

• What is culture and why is it important? What is "my" culture like?
• What parameters can be used to systematically understand and differentiate between cultures (communication styles, understanding of hierarchy, dealing with time, relationship management)? How does this influence professional cooperation?
• Recognising and resolving cultural misunderstandings: Work with prepared case studies
• Personal action plan: What are my concrete plans for the next weeks/months?
