Our application process

Your application

You have found a job advertisement that you are interested in and send us your application documents electronically or by post.

Once your application has been received, you will receive a personal confirmation from a contact person in our Human Resources department within a very short time, usually within 1 to 2 working days.

After the application deadline, the applications are reviewed by the respective departments. If we are impressed by your submitted application documents, you will receive an invitation to an interview with a suggested date within two to three weeks.


With the invitation you will also receive information on whether - depending on the vacancy - an additional recruitment test will take place.

We usually like to get to know you in person. Due to the current situation, an initial meeting with us often takes place via video conference. Immediately after the interview, we will let you know when we will give you our final feedback. If you have convinced us, we will sign your employment contract together.
