Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences will open its doors to the general public on Saturday, 24 May 2025 - twice: during the day at the Open Day and in the evening at the Long Night of Science. Make a note of this date now, because you can expect a varied, exciting programme that will not only inspire prospective students, but also all citizens of the region.

From informative insights into the university's study programmes to hands-on activities, experiments, lectures and research highlights - there is something for everyone. Whether young or old, families, individual visitors or groups: The events offer entertainment and knowledge for everyone.

• Open day: 14:00 to 18:00
• Long Night of Science: 18:00 until midnight
• Admission is free!

Invitation to external speakers for the Long Night of Science:

The Long Night of Science offers a unique platform for presenting scientific and research-related topics to a wide audience. Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences therefore also invites external speakers from companies, institutions and other organisations to take part in the evening with their own contributions.

We provide you with rooms and technology on our campus so that you can present your exciting content professionally. Use this opportunity to present your work, research results or innovative projects to an interested audience in an appealing setting.
