The TuZ workshop 2021 will take place completely virtually and interactively. BigBlueButton is used as a video conference platform. Speakers present their contributions live there at the times specified in the program. After each contribution, the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions. The link to the virtual conference room will be published on this website in the program and will be also sent to you by email with the required access code for the room.
Presenters must have their presentation ready as a PDF document. This can then be uploaded by the presenter in the virtual conference room and displayed during the presentation. The presentation should last about 20 minutes, so that there is enough time for questions and to switch to the next presentation.
Each poster is presented briefly on three slides at the beginning of the poster session. These presentations take place one after the other in the virtual conference room in front of all the audience. A separate virtual poster room is then available for each poster, in which the audience can ask questions about the posters. The audience can switch between the virtual poster rooms. The poster can be shown as a PDF document in the poster room. There is the possibility to zoom in. The posters should also be made available for download on the program website at the beginning of the workshop.
