There are individual special agreements that can be used at any time for family matters. In addition, there are flexitime models in the individual sectors of the university with a core working time of six hours and unlimited transfer options as well as family-related part-time work (also during parental leave). "Traffic light accounts" are also kept in order to react flexibly to fluctuations in the workload during the lecture-free period and the lecture period. Generally, employees can divide their working hours in terms of trust-based working hours. The mobility of the employees is supported by a flexible break regulation and a broad structured work time according to the service agreement.
