The Equal Opportunities and Family Officer, the person responsible for diversity and a member of the representative body for severely disabled employees are also involved in the appointment procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After reviewing all application documents, the appointment committee invites suitable applicants to an interview. The purpose of the interview is to determine the applicant's professional, pedagogical and personal suitability. Among other things, the interview consists of a trial teaching event open to the university and a non-public interview with the appointment committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This interview focuses on personal motivation, non-specialist skills and potential within the department.
