Questions and draft resolutions for discussion in the Faculty Council must be addressed to the Dean's Office. The meetings of the Faculty Council are open to the public. The FBR is quorate if at least half of its voting members are present. Decisions on personnel matters are made by secret ballot. Resolutions can also be passed by electronic circulation procedure. The meetings, including all resolutions, are recorded in minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The department is divided into four study areas.
