Nine students from very different professional backgrounds started the winter semester together - ready to actively shape change in their organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day began with a warm welcome and a lively round of introductions with the usual questions: Who am I? What have I done so far? And - somewhat tongue-in-cheek - the question: \"What wouldn't I normally say in a round of introductions?\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It became clear that the composition of the group is as diverse as the occupational field itself.<br>The students bring experience from event management, social counselling, HR departments, management activities in elderly care, training support, project management and the field of health promotion. This diversity promises exciting discussions and perspectives for joint learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\"The start of the programme has shown how much energy and openness there is in this new group of students.
