Welcome to our university - we are delighted to have you here!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In your first few days at your new workplace, you will certainly be faced with a lot of new information. We have developed this reference guide to help you with questions relating to your new working environment. This means that information you have already received can be briefly summarised again if required. You will receive this folder before your first day of work so that you can familiarise yourself with the procedures and regulations at our university in advance if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The internal organisational programme of the university is Moodle<\/a>. In addition to your courses, you will also find the intranet with lots of important information about working at the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to access some of the links in the welcome folder, you must be logged into the internal Moodle course. You will receive your personal login details on the first working day at the latest. You can then enter these on Moodle and access the relevant links and documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your department will provide you with personal start-up support for your arrival at the university. Your contact person will be able to advise you on any technical and general questions you may have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
