In the University administration of the Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences is as part of a maternity and parental leave replacement at the earliest from 15.01.2026 the job

with a workload of 75 % or 30 hours as part of the project "Strategic reorientation of Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences for the appointment of new professors" ("ProfX") to be filled for a limited period until 31/03/2027. Remuneration will be in pay group 11 TV-L, provided you fulfil the personal requirements. The position is divisible.

The overall project:

With the "ProfX" concept, Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences aims to strengthen its competitive position with regard to the recruitment of professors. This requires several activities to be carried out in parallel in order to guarantee sustainable success and to make the university more attractive as an employer and thus generate more qualified applications. The implementation of the measures is based on the strategic orientation of Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of an employer branding strategy that strengthens and visualises the university's identity
• Conception and realisation of communication measures to increase employer attractiveness and efficient recruiting
• Establishment of target group-specific personnel marketing to attract highly qualified specialists to fill professorships
• Independent implementation, maintenance and communication of selected social media channels (strategic communication planning, content creation, conception and design of social media measures and formats)
• Planning and realisation of employer branding events
• Success monitoring, evaluation and optimisation of the measures taken
• Supporting the appointment committees in the active sourcing of suitable candidates
• Participation in the onboarding of newly appointed professorial staff
• Preparatory work for the ProfX consultant position in the area of personnel marketing
