Complaints office for employees under the General Equal Treatment Act

The General Equal Treatment Act (AGG)

The  General Equal Treatment Act (AGG, downloadable as PDF, 245 KB) is a federal law that aims to prevent or eliminate these disadvantages.

The  Â§ 13 of the AGG (downloadable as PDF, 102 KB)gives employees of Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences the right to complain to the department if they feel disadvantaged by their employer, superiors, other employees or third parties in connection with their employment relationship for one of the aforementioned reasons.
