On the campus of Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences there are six residential complexeswhich are operated by the Studierendenwerk Thüringen. One of these residences is reserved for the Study college available. All residential complexes have been refurbished. Since the 2010/11 winter semester, a residential complex with 39 residential units and a bilingual day care centre available.

All residential complexes have Free Internet connections in the living spaces. Of course, the rents are also affordable for students on a tight budget.
