In order to be able to forward postal mail effectively and quickly to the responsible employees, the Office for Educational Support has reorganised and centralised incoming mail. From now on, mail will no longer be sent to the individual locations, but centrally to the newly created Service team.
The incoming mail and the documents uploaded via BAföG-Digital are viewed by the service team and assigned to the electronic file. It is no longer necessary to print out incoming electronic mail.

This mail receiving address applies to all students at Thuringian universities, regardless of their place of study. If a different address is used, e.g. the previous receiving address, delivery is still guaranteed, but this will lead to avoidable delays in processing incoming mail.
The newly created service team is also available to all students at Thuringian universities by telephone at 03641-5546 390 available. The service team can be contacted:

The service team will be happy to assist you with general questions about BAföG, but cannot provide answers to individual funding applications in order to protect personal data about the feedback on available documents and their completeness.

The opening hours of the canteen are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 14:30. The opening hours sometimes change during the lecture-free periods. Please check the notice boards in the canteen.
