As an integral part of the institute landscape at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences, the IAE has been Foundation on 18 December 2013 responsible for teaching and research in the fields of computer science, automation and electronics at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences.

Teaching

In addition to the institute's research and development activities, teaching takes centre stage. A high-quality range of Bachelor's and Master's degree courses imparts valuable specialist knowledge, which is constantly being developed through close cooperation with the IAE and thus enables a wide range of specialisation and in-depth courses.

The members of the institute also offer courses in other Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes at the university.

Regular excursions to companies and scientific institutions provide practical experience.
