Thank you for your willingness to take part in the company survey. By participating in the survey, you can voluntarily provide personal data and personal information.

If you provide this data, it will be possible to match your answers to the type of question and the objective of the survey. 2. Recipient of the data 
   • The tool of the service provider evasys GmbH is used for the online survey. An order processing contract has been concluded with this company. The provider is therefore not authorised to access your data without explicit instructions, unless it is legally obliged to do so. In particular, it is not authorised to read or otherwise process your data for its own purposes. The survey is part of the project "HAW.international: HSN sustainable regional international". The evaluation of the survey will flow into a database for the development of a partnership network for the recruitment of skilled labour. There are no plans to transfer the data to a third country or an international organisation.
3. What data is collected, for what purpose and on what legal basis?
   • Survey questionnaire 
     The data in the survey form is collected and processed for the purpose of conducting a survey, which is carried out at the university.
   • Log files 
     When you access a website, your browser regularly transmits data from your accessing device to the web server, such as a browser identifier, the operating system used and the language setting. This data is not merged with the data from the survey. The data is also not statistically analysed. No cookies are used.
   • Survey metadata
     In addition to the information you provide on the survey form, the following metadata is collected when you participate in order to determine general parameters for the analysis:
     • Date of participation in the survey
     • Start of questionnaire processing and dwell time per page
     • Processing progress
       
       This data is stored in connection with your answers. Conclusions about your person cannot be drawn from this.
     • E-mail address
       The purpose of providing your e-mail address is to enable Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences to contact you for the purpose of further cooperation in the areas of labour market transition and targeted personnel recruitment and training. This is done on a voluntary basis.
     • Legal basis
       Your data will be processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR. Consent is given implicitly by participating in the survey. Your log files are also processed in part on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in ensuring the proper operation of the survey tool.
4. Deletion periods
   Your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the above-mentioned purpose. The data from the survey questionnaire and the metadata will be deleted no later than one year after the data has been analysed. Your e-mail address will be deleted after the agreed additional service has been provided. Your data will also be deleted if you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. This only applies in the event that a personal reference still exists at the time of the cancellation. If it is no longer possible to link your answers to you personally, your survey questionnaire can no longer be deleted separately. In this case, there is no obligation to delete all survey forms. Your right to informal self-determination will not be infringed in this case, as there is no processing of personal data required for this.
5. Rights of data subjects 
   You have the right to revoke your declaration of consent under data protection law at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have a right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) and a right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) or to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) or a right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and a right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority, the Thuringian State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (TLfDI).
