His academic background - a Master's degree in Renewable Energy Systems at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences - combines technical expertise with a clear analytical view. At the same time, he contributes his experience in research and development, particularly in the field of batteries, fuel cells and material innovations.

His vision: Designing technical innovations along the entire recycling chain and making them tangible - from optimising individual system modules to increasing added value for the region.
