ICS Industriedienstleistungen GmbH is a highly specialised automation technology company based in Roßleben/Thuringia. On the market since 1998, it offers customised solutions for the automation of production processes and handling tasks for its customers across all industries. The collaboration will enable students to complete a bachelor's degree (B.Eng.) in computer science at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences and, at the same time, gain the best possible prospects after graduation through employment at the company. Of course, all students at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences are given the opportunity to complete coursework and final theses with practical relevance at the company, regardless of whether they have an employment contract or not. A teaching laboratory at ICS Industriedienstleistungen GmbH will also be available for this purpose.

The expansion of collaborations such as this is part of Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences' strategy to further expand its dual/practical degree programme and to ensure a close integration of theory and practical phases for its students.
