Graduates of the degree programme are optimally prepared for a variety of demanding roles. They can take on positions such as HR manager, change manager or organisational consultant in social institutions, healthcare organisations and educational establishments. This part-time Master's degree programme enables them to aspire to management positions in which they assume responsibility for strategic personnel and change processes.
Self-employment, for example as a consultant in the field of organisational development, also offers exciting prospects. In addition, the degree programme opens up access to an academic career, for example through the possibility of completing a doctorate and thus contributing to the further development of the research field.
Master of Arts (M.A.), recognised postgraduate degree from a state university, qualifies students for demanding management tasks, opens up access to the higher civil service and entitles them to a doctorate.
