| Admission requirements: | Admission to the Master's degree programme in Innovation and Change Management requires a completed Bachelor's degree with a grade of at least "good" (2.5). The Bachelor's degree (180 or 210 ECTS) should have a business management focus or proof of comparable business management knowledge must be provided. In addition, relevant professional experience and a letter of motivation may be included in the selection process. Knowledge of English at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is also required for the degree programme; this corresponds to the level that should be achieved with the completion of a Fachoberschule or a gymnasiale Oberstufe (basic course). |

The degree programme is a face-to-face course. The courses usually take place on site as specified in the module catalogue and are also made available online. Each course is transmitted via our video conferencing platform using modern technology and a 360-degree camera. This means you can take part either in the seminar room or from home.
No, you can switch between attending the course in the seminar room and participating via the video conferencing platform at any time. Our hybrid format offers you maximum flexibility and freedom.
The hybrid curriculum allows you to study more flexibly, in particular to better reconcile your studies, family, career or health needs. It supports family friendliness, inclusion and allows you to personalise your studies.
There are only one face-to-face course per semester. The first week of the first semester takes place exclusively in presence at the university. During this onboarding week, you will get to know your fellow students, the lecturers, the degree programme, the hybrid study format and the campus.
The examination forms remain unchanged. Examinations are written at the university. Presentations, oral examinations and colloquia can take place online. Project reports, presentations and seminar papers do not require attendance at the university.
Thanks to our modern room equipment and 360-degree cameras, all participants are clearly visible and audible. The courses are didactically designed in such a way that you can also actively participate in discussions, group work and practical exercises online. During the onboarding process, you will receive clear instructions on how to use the technology and common rules for successful hybrid collaboration.
