Admission requirements:

Admission to the Master's degree programme in Innovation and Change Management requires a completed Bachelor's degree with a grade of at least "good" (2.5). The Bachelor's degree (180 or 210 ECTS) should have a business management focus or proof of comparable business management knowledge must be provided. In addition, relevant professional experience and a

letters of motivation are included in the selection process.

The Master's degree programme in Innovation and Change Management provides a deep understanding of the complex and dynamic corporate environment. Students learn the basics and practical knowledge of innovation-induced change processes in companies at an individual, group and organisational level as well as how to deal efficiently with internal and external information in order to recognise and evaluate developments at an early stage. One focus is on targeted communication in networks, taking into account the different perspectives and requirements of stakeholders. The degree programme deepens traditional business management or socio-economic training and aligns core business management functions with the requirements of innovation and change management.
