Admission requirements:

Admission to the Master's degree programme in Innovation and Change Management requires a completed Bachelor's degree with a grade of at least "good" (2.5). The Bachelor's degree (180 or 210 ECTS) should have a business management focus or proof of comparable business management knowledge must be provided. In addition, relevant professional experience and a letter of motivation may be included in the selection process.

Knowledge of English at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is also required for the degree programme; this corresponds to the level that should be achieved with the completion of a Fachoberschule or a gymnasiale Oberstufe (basic course).
