The continuing education Master's programmes, Certificate programmes and Further training courses are designed and realised in collaboration with professors from Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences and other universities, professional educational service providers, successful experts from the field and experienced partners from the private sector.
The institute bundles the competences and offers of academic continuing education at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences.
Our Modules 1-5 and 9 (see PCM module catalogue) of the Master's programme Personnel and change management in non-profit organisations (PCM) can be booked individually or in combination:

Prospective and current students can until Monday, 9 June 2025 apply for an advancement scholarship. The Scholarship programme of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research supports skilled workers with vocational training and several years of practical experience in their first academic degree programme.

For a Full-time study programme scholarship holders receive 992 euros per month plus 80 euros book allowance (i.e. a total of 1,072 euros) and 3,045 euros per calendar year for part-time study. The benefits are a lump sum and independent of income.

You register on the online application portal "HisInOne". Upload your required documents there and the system will guide you step by step. We will then check your documents and you will receive any follow-up questions or the information that you are eligible for admission directly in HisinOne. If you are eligible for admission, you will receive your study contract by post, which you sign and return.
If your cohort is ready to start, you will receive an offer of admission in HisInOne. You must actively accept this by clicking a button! Find out about the next steps in the application process on the page Online application. Immediately afterwards, please apply for enrolment, also on HisInOne, and transfer the semester fee. You will only be enrolled once the semester fee has been received.
