Systemic counselling is a scientifically based and practice-oriented approach that aims to support people in different life situations using holistic, resource-oriented methods. The focus is on strengthening self-help potential and promoting constructive communication processes within systems, whether in families, groups or organisations.

A degree in systemic counselling opens up a wide range of career opportunities for you. You can work in counselling centres, therapeutic institutions, the education sector or management consultancy. Your skills are in demand in psychosocial counselling, crisis process support, coaching and management and development processes.

Completion of a first professionally qualifying degree with at least 180 ECTS credits, preferably in health, social or economic sciences. At least one year of professional practice after the first university degree, a letter of motivation and an interview are required.
