The ICF provides a common language for the description of health conditions.
to improve communication between educational, social and healthcare professionals and those affected (children, young people, legal guardians). Its practical significance is immense, as ICF-oriented work promotes a person- and participation-orientation as well as a resource-oriented approach.
A basic knowledge of the ICF is therefore not only useful, but necessary for all those who deal with development and developmental disorders in childhood and adolescence.
The online training course provides a clear introduction to the topic and illustrates the framework conditions in case studies from various fields of action. For the practical design and implementation of action plans, smart goals and measures for assistance are described in a case-based manner. The result is a seminar programme that provides professionals with practical and motivating guidance for !CF-oriented work in everyday professional life.

What is the difference between studying at a University of Applied Sciences (UAS) and at a „Universität“ (university)? At our University of Applied Sciences, you will receive much more support throughout your learning process than at a traditional university. We provide self-assessment questions to help you check your understanding, offer practical exercises to deepen your knowledge, and encourage a high level of interaction in lectures and seminars. This is very different from courses with more than 300 students.
