Study projects
Students of the 7th semester in the Bachelor's degree programme in Social Management presented their "theory-practice projects" designed over three semesters in November 2024: In the module of the same name, innovative start-up ideas for social organisations, projects and initiatives had been developed under the direction of Anke Strube, M.A., and Prof. Dr. Maik Arnold. Many of the projects presented are based on digital business models.
These projects were presented in an inspiring "Poster Gallery Walk" at a public university event in the Audimax. Visitors were able to get to know the diverse project concepts and enter into dialogue with the students. Stimulating discussions about current societal and social challenges were held over snacks and drinks.
These creative and socially committed projects have been developed:
Easygration - A digital solution for the comprehensive integration of refugees.
Save Your Future - Your companion after school for a successful orientation between training and studies.
beginning. - An app as a digital grief counsellor.
Digital together - Making senior citizens fit for the digital world.
Youth Voice - Municipal in Action: Activating young people for municipal development.
whoknows - Digital support for the transition to adulthood
Diversity unites gGmbH - Together for lively care: connect, relieve, experience!
The diversity and innovative strength of the projects reflect the potential that lies in the combination of social management, social challenges and digital solutions.
