The Social Management degree programme at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences teaches practical and interdisciplinary content that is geared towards the requirements of the social economy. The focus is on management tasks in social economy organisations. Students acquire in-depth knowledge in areas such as social economy, human resources management, accounting and controlling as well as legal principles. Another feature of the programme is its close links with practice, for example through an integrated internship semester and numerous project assignments.
