interest. A good understanding of maths and physics and an interest in technology
are an advantage. Ideal for committed individuals who work in the industry and are interested in
innovative technical solutions.

A degree in mechanical engineering will open up numerous
Career opportunities in various branches of industry. Mechanical engineering
is currently undergoing change, as digitalisation and networking are becoming increasingly important.
gain importance. Here are some of the exciting careers you can pursue with a
mechanical engineering degree:

  • Development engineer: Work on the development of new machines and
systems, from the concept phase to series production. You are responsible for
the planning, design and optimisation of technical systems.

  • Design engineer: Create detailed construction drawings and 3D models
for machines and systems. You will work closely with other engineers and
    technicians to develop innovative solutions.

  • Project manager: Lead projects for the development and introduction of new
products or production processes. You coordinate teams, set
milestones and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
    budgets can be finalised.

  • Production Manager: Monitor and optimise the manufacturing processes in a
Company. You ensure that production is efficient and of high quality.
    high quality.

  • Quality manager: Ensure compliance with quality standards and the
continuous improvement of products and processes. You lead
carry out quality checks and analyse production data in order to
    identify optimisation potential.

Thanks to our close cooperation with industry and practical training
you will be well prepared for the demands of the labour market. Many of our
Graduates find attractive positions in industry straight after graduation
or opt for a further Master's programme.

When applying for this Bachelor's degree programme, you must submit a simple copy of the
University entrance qualification (high school diploma or other suitable certificates in pdf-format)
format) after registering in the applicant portal.
