Stephanie is firmly rooted in Nordhausen and combines science, business and people with a great deal of enthusiasm for knowledge transfer, leadership and social development.

After studying social management and innovation and change management (M.A.), she gained experience in project coordination in an international environment, as a human resources manager in the manufacturing industry, in teaching and in organisational and management development.

International research experience, her work as a mediator and communications trainer and her passion for female empowerment characterise her view of collaboration, change and innovation. She specialises in the areas of knowledge transfer, specialist and management development and the practical combination of scientific findings and entrepreneurial application.

Stephanie loves bringing perspectives together, visualising potential and working together to create new ideas with impact.
