We cordially invite all women who want to exchange ideas and network with like-minded people from science and technology to the Thuringian networking evening "MINT-Geflüster" - from female students, graduates, doctoral candidates, women returning to work, employees to female managers at a Thuringian university or in the business world.

Get to know interesting people at this event and be inspired by their different paths in life!
In the Panel discussion women from companies and research institutions are invited to take part in a public dialogue on definitions of success and concepts of life.

The subsequent Get-together offers space for an exchange in a relaxed atmosphere between female pupils, students, graduates, entrepreneurs and researchers from the region.

Special for female students, doctoral students and post-docs

Workshop to prepare for the networking evening - Topic "Communication training"

The workshop teaches expertise and professionalism and shows how to successfully enter into dialogue and assert topics and concerns. The focus is on quick-witted reactions, paying attention to sympathy factors, a strategic approach and proactive action as well as recognising the patterns of the other person.
