It’s all about the start: the first three years of life lay the foundations for a child’s future development; this is where early intervention, early support and nursery care are particularly important.

If they work closely together at these transitional stages and, in doing so, empower parents as competent partners, this can make a significant contribution to the successful inclusion of children with disabilities or developmental difficulties. Drawing on practical examples, this talk provides insights into this collaboration and the empowerment of parents, and offers ideas for applying these principles in your own daily life.

The following are taking part in the event:

Prof. Dr Anke Buschmann, Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences, Chair of Early Intervention and Early Support, Department of Economic and Social Sciences, Health and Social Care, Programme Director of the Master’s in Continuing Education in Early Support and Inclusion (MA FHI)

There is no charge for attending the conference.
