2020 – 2024Experiences and life situations of unintentionally pregnant women - counselling and care services for vulnerable groups (ELSA-VG)
In cooperation with 6 different locations, ELSA is developing scientifically based findings on the key factors influencing the experience and processing of an unwanted pregnancy. Combined with analyses of the psychosocial and medical care situation, the aim is to develop starting points for improvements. The sub-project at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences focusses on the situation and needs of women who have experienced violence from their partner during pregnancy and/or have a migration biography. The study is funded by the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) on the basis of a decision by the German Bundestag.
