ADHD diagnosis in women

The lecture tells a personal story about what it can feel like to take on responsibility at an early age, set up your own projects and at the same time try to juggle family, work and your own demands. It makes tangible how quickly everyday life can become a constant burden - characterised by exhaustion, inner pressure and the feeling of always being behind.

An important turning point finally brings more clarity and allows many previous experiences to appear in a new light. This is exactly where the lecture picks up and focuses in particular on ADHD in women - an issue that often goes unrecognised for a long time because it does not always manifest itself in the way many expect.

Participants are always actively involved, given space for new perspectives and encouraged to scrutinise their own perceptions. The aim is to encourage people to understand themselves better and become more aware of their own strengths.

Finally, there will be a short, guided mindfulness exercise to help you experience the topic in a very practical way and pause for a moment.
