HIKEathon X CITIZENS

On 28 and 29 November 2025 We cordially invite all students and employees of Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences to attend the HIKEathon X CITIZENS in the Audimax.

Citizens, students and employees from the administration and companies come together there to jointly develop innovative solutions for the challenges in northern Thuringia. The focus is on topics such as mobility, energy, administration and quality of life.

What can you expect?

• Work on real challenges with a direct link to the Nordhausen region and tangible benefits
• Interdisciplinary teams, deliberately mixed from administration, companies, civil society and students
• Innovation methods such as design thinking, coaching and the use of brand-new AI tools
• Certificates and digital badges for your participation - the best ideas will be honoured
• Exchange and networking with committed people who want to make a difference together

Who can take part?

All students and employees of the Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences and interested parties from the region are welcome - regardless of specialisation or previous knowledge. Participation is free of charge, but places are limited.
