If you would like to do an internship abroad, you should start organising it early (12-18 months in advance). For example, if you are planning a stay in the third semester, you should contact the International Office in the first semester.
If applicable, submit the documents required for Erasmus or PROMOS funding (please note the information in the online application system).
Participation in the final information event and receipt of the document folder.
Before departure Letter of Confirmation signed by the internship company as confirmation of completion of the internship abroad or have an internship certificate issued. (max. 5 days before the date of departure - was sent by us by e-mail together with the Grant Agreement)
Create a Internship experience report or a short video. These should contain a declaration of consent for publication. Hand in at the International Office.
Submission of the Letter of Confirmation or internship certificate to the International Office.
Erasmus+: Participation in EU online survey and OLS language test
Credit points are earned for successfully completed coursework and examinations in accordance with the "European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System" (ECTS).
The ECTS points reflect the average learning effort. One ECTS point corresponds to 30 hours of study.
Based on the ECTS points, the study and examination achievements are internationally comparable.
