Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many students have never seen the inside of their own university. Unfortunately, they have not yet been able to experience everything that makes up the life of a student, be it moving to a new city, meeting new people or living and studying on a real campus.
Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences has always been a face-to-face university and will remain so in the future. Although the university has responded to the pandemic within a very short space of time and created the necessary infrastructure to be able to offer almost the entire curriculum online, both students and lecturers understandably want a bit of normality back.
The crisis management team at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences has therefore now decided that all courses can be offered in person again from the winter semester 2021/22.
"We are looking forward to filling the beautiful campus of Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences with life once again," says University President Prof Dr Jörg Wagner.
Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences is thus also responding to the call by the Thuringian State Secretary for Science and Higher Education, Carsten Feller, to plan a far-reaching return to classroom teaching.
