For students of the International Business Administration there are numerous opportunities to gain international experience and intercultural skills. Some of these options are listed here.

English-language courses are an integral part of the curriculum. For example, courses on cross-cultural management and the second modules of the specialisations, including a computer-based business simulation, are offered in English, particularly in the summer semester, as numerous guest students from our partner universities often take part in the courses at this time.
The summer semester also sees the International Project Week (IPW) The university invites numerous lecturers from foreign universities instead. These offer a variety of courses in English.
The university supports students in their plans to spend a semester abroad. For this purpose, there is an established network of Partner universities in Europe and beyond. Universities in South Korea and the Netherlands, among others, are very popular among students.
For additional information and individual counselling, students should contact the International Office and to your degree programme director, Prof. Robert Wagner, to whom you must also submit the respective Learning Agreements for signature before submission. Â
The work placement of the Practical vocational studies for a stay abroad. To this end, students endeavour to find an internship on their own initiative, but can rely on the support of the Internship Office and the International Office to fall back on.
In addition to the English and Spanish language programmes integrated into the curriculum, the Language Centre regularly offers additional courses in Russian, French and Italian, which can be taken as optional subjects.
On request, foreign language skills can also be Language certificates be certified. It is currently possible to take the UNIcert® in English, Russian and French to acquire.

As a rule, there are several tutorials in which student native speakers teach their fellow students the basics of various non-full-time languages (such as Chinese, Arabic or Japanese) or offer conversation and presentation in English and Spanish.
