Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences with its university incubator hike invites you to the hike Demo Day & Afterwork 2026 on 17 June 2026.

The event is aimed at people interested in founding a company and companies, as well as anyone who is curious about innovative ideas and the future of the region.

The Demo Day centres on exciting start-up pitches. Students and founders from the university present their ideas, visions and solutions for current challenges and provide insights into their start-up and innovation projects.

Visitors will have the opportunity to get to know the teams, ask questions and support their favourites in the subsequent public voting. But it's not just the pitches that make the evening special: Demo Day offers an ideal opportunity to meet new people, be inspired and engage in dialogue with committed personalities from the university, business, start-up scene and region.

Following the Demo Day, all interested parties are cordially invited to enjoy the evening together at the Afterwork. Music by DJ Patrick Börsch, cool drinks and culinary offerings from the barbecue create the perfect setting for meetings, discussions and new ideas.
