Via the university library, lecturers have the opportunity to use the plagiarism detection system StrikePlagiarism.com to use.

StrikePlagiarism is a web application that compares text passages from a submitted paper with a large number of external sources, checks for content from artificial intelligence if desired and highlights conspicuous passages as a result. This allows special attention to be paid to these text passages during the assessment.

In order to use StrikePlagiarism, you need to log in. After opening the website, select Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences in the login window and log in with your Shibboleth access data. You can now upload the documents to be checked on the start page.

After completing the exam, you will receive a message to your university e-mail address. The results are available there in the form of PDF reports. In addition, an interactive report with detailed information on the AI analysis can be opened via the link in the email.
