The Thuringian start-up breakfast took place for the first time at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences. Students and graduates told their start-up stories in a relaxed atmosphere.
The Thuringian start-up breakfast is an initiative of the founders of the KrämerLoft coworking space, Awoo and Achtsam Gesundheitsmanagement. This format is supported by Thüringer Beteiligungsmanagement GmbH. The aim is to bring founders from Thuringia together on an informal level in a relaxed atmosphere - with success. Bianca Schön-Ott, founder and managing partner of the KrämerLoft coworking space in Erfurt, gave the impulse to visit the founders in the north of Thuringia. She knows for sure that it was not just a prelude, but the foundation for regular appointments.
More than 20 founders and those who would like to become one recently sat together at the breakfast table at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences. Exciting topics of conversation emerged from the introductory round, so that the introductions continued right to the end. It was a lively mix of "Hello, I am ...", critical questions, emotional statements, helpful tips and lots of familiar openness and mutual interest. "I have already organised many events for and with founders at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences - this format is just right for mutual exchange. It wasn't just a treat for the palate. Experiencing what founders have to say in a protected space was a great experience for all of us," summarises Dr Kareen Schlangen. She heads the Start-up service of Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences and connects students, graduates and employees who are united by one thing: an interest in their own professional existence - "I know all the founders and people interested in starting their own business from personal conversations and yet I have learnt so many new things."
Sebastian Kupfer, idea generator and co-founder of InTraSol GmbH, was also present. He then had the appointment for the first groundbreaking of the eLadepark in Nordhausen, which is to serve as a blueprint throughout Germany, and showed everyone the way there in a very visual and impressive way. Daniel Koppe and Lisa Hühnermann talked about how their furniture company has grown steadily since the initial idea and what this really means to them as an entrepreneurial team in everyday life. The final start-up presentation was given by Kenneth Schramm from Sangerhausen, who launched his company in Berlin in May and serves an industry that everyone knows, but rarely in this particular way. Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences will be reporting on his start-up shortly.
The start-up breakfast was also supported by Prof. Dr Jörg Wagner (President of Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences), Roberto Auer (Head of the Knowledge Transfer Department) and Prof. Dr Lutz Göcke (Professor of International Business Administration, specialising in digital management and entrepreneurship). Every participant not only went back to their day-to-day work feeling full, but also nourished with new impulses, contacts and insights.
