The pilot project is now ready to go - the consultation process has been structured, the procedure validated and the necessary project documents created. The website has now also been finalised and is available at www.digitale-teambildung.eu to reach.

Funded by the Free State of Thuringia from the European Social Fund for a total of almost 3.5 years, the project is aimed at companies and social organisations regardless of sector, size or market situation in the districts of Nordhausen, Kyffhäuserkreis, Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis and Eichsfeldkreis that would like support in coping with the currently rapidly changing world of work. Demographic change, digital progress and an increasing shortage of skilled labour are challenges that almost every company is facing and which require special efforts to overcome.

This is precisely where the project aims to start and offer solutions. Of course, the project team cannot "procure" new skilled labour, but it can address the shortage of skilled labour on the qualitative side. In particular, the focus is on the following fields of action: organising knowledge transfer ("What to do when experienced, irreplaceable employees leave the company?"), promoting team learning, developing existing skilled workers and digitalising knowledge. The project focuses on the individual skills development of existing human resources by promoting collective team processes. To this end, digital assistance and support systems are being implemented in the work process to provide intensive support for self-directed and informal learning in teams and the digitalisation of knowledge.

The project team is available for up to one year for intensive counselling, knowledge transfer and coaching in order to successfully implement the desired change process. The project is also scientifically monitored.

Up to 15 interested companies can benefit from the "Digital Team Building" project throughout the entire project period. If you are also interested or would like to find out more about the "Digital Team Building" project, please contact the project team on 03601 446205 or 0157 80528309 (Reinhard Boltin) or 03631 420834 (Jens Rose). We would also be happy to visit you on site to present the project. In a brief assessment, we will have the opportunity to check together whether the project is suitable for your company and whether you can benefit from it for your corporate development. Even though we are already in talks, those who decide quickly still have a chance to participate from 2019.
