On 25 and 26 September 2025, Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences, the State Development Corporation of Thuringia (LEG Thรผringen) and Clausthal University of Technology are hosting the Nordhausen 2025 Resource Forum. Under the guiding theme of "Recycling, waste treatment and sustainable resource management in the context of digitalisation and the challenges of the circular economy", experts from science, business, industry and local authorities will discuss current developments, innovations and future strategies.

Participants can expect a varied programme with exciting presentations and sessions on topics such as biological process engineering, plastics technology, batteries and sustainable construction. The aim of the event is to share knowledge, pick up impulses from the field and jointly launch new ideas, research projects and collaborative projects.
A special highlight is the evening event in the "Alte Nordhรคuser Traditionsbrennerei", which not only offers participants the opportunity to network, but also to sample regional spirits.
