In his dual role as First Secretary of the Education Department of the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Germany and Professor of Environmental Sciences at Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, Professor Phan was informed about current partnerships and cooperation in the areas of research, student exchange and the study situation of students from Vietnam at the Studienkolleg and the university.
