The development of the economy in all industrialized countries is characterized on the one hand by the increase of highly divisive processes and the specialization of work tasks. On the other hand, the solution of complex problems and tasks increasingly requires a networked, interdisciplinary view and thus also knowledge from several fields of expertise or a corresponding overview of these areas of expertise.
