The Executive Board is made up of the President, the Vice President for Studies and Teaching, the Vice President for Research and Development and the Registrar. The members of the Executive Board are responsible for different areas of the university, as shown in the organisation chart. The Executive Board meets weekly in an Executive Board Conference. Welcome meetings are held at least twice a year, at which new employees and members of the Executive Board are invited to introduce themselves in person. The Human Resources department provides information about the dates by email. The Executive Committee maintains an open-door policy; individual needs, ideas and requests can be addressed at any time.
