Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences has implemented an effective compliance management system (CMS) and publishes important tips, information, documents and links on the subject of compliance in the process management portal.

By compliance, we mean ensuring that all members and affiliates of the university comply with all legal provisions and internal regulations. An internal reporting office has been set up to protect whistleblowers who report violations of Union law. If you have any information, suggestions or questions, you can contact the responsible office at any time.

The Process Management team at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences systematically collects, analyses and optimises all of the university’s business processes, categorising them into core and support processes. These processes, along with all associated documents and guidelines, are published on the university’s BIC process portal and are accessible to all members of the university via the internet.

You can access the BIC Process Portal directly via the quick links on the HSN website or via ‘Presidium and Administration’ -> ‘Process Management’. Clicking on the image will take you to the login page. You can log in via Shibboleth using your usual login details. At the bottom of the page, you will also find an explanatory video about the portal, as well as the contact persons. Furthermore, consultation hours on how to use the portal are available. You can find the documents stored for the respective processes either via the search function (magnifying glass) or the document catalogue on the welcome page of the process portal.
