Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences has implemented an effective compliance management system (CMS) and publishes important tips, information, documents and links on the subject of compliance in the process management portal.

By compliance, we mean ensuring that all members and affiliates of the university comply with all legal provisions and internal regulations. An internal reporting office has been set up to protect whistleblowers who report violations of Union law. If you have any information, suggestions or questions, you can contact the responsible office at any time.

Process management at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences successively collects, analyses and optimises all of the university's business processes in the areas of core and support processes. These are presented with all process-related documents and guidelines in the university's process portal and can be accessed by all university members via the Internet.

Access is via the university website and the Presidium and Administration/ Process Management tab. Click on the image to open the login page. This works via Shibboleth using the usual login details. At the bottom of the page you will also find a video explaining the portal and the contact persons. Furthermore, consultation hours are offered for use. You can find the stored documents for the respective processes either via the search (magnifying glass) or the document catalogue on the welcome page of the process portal.

Please use the process portal as a first point of contact to find out about procedures such as research funding acquisition or business trips and to retrieve current documents.
