I particularly like the fact that the lecturers are open to questions and feedback. Most of them are happy to help with problems on request. I also like working together with my fellow students. The Karzer also offers a good opportunity to spend time together in your free time.

As a student, I particularly appreciated the practical approach to teaching and the personal dialogue at eye level with the professors - you were always supported and taken seriously. At the same time, the green campus with its pond, bees and squirrels offers a really pleasant learning atmosphere.

Today - as a research assistant in the „QUANT-GPICz“ project and hike - I particularly enjoy the open, friendly team spirit and the short distances across the campus, which make everyday working life uncomplicated. I deal with new topics every day and learn a lot of new things.

What I like about the degree programme is the interactivity in the lectures, especially from the 3rd semester onwards. I also like the way the lecturers teach the content and try to show you practical things so that you can take something away with you after your studies.

Studying ERT at Hochschule Nordhausen gave me the opportunity to combine engineering with sustainability. The practical approach, international atmosphere, and supportive professors helped me develop valuable skills and confidence for my future career in Recycling Technologies.

What I particularly like about Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences is how lively and diverse the interaction is. In university health management, we organise offers such as exercise sessions, nutrition workshops, bike checks and back health days. Being involved in student committees such as the student council, student council or faculty council also gives you the opportunity to actively shape your studies, make valuable contacts and develop important skills. This makes studying here an active, participative and personally enriching experience.

The Master's degree programme in Industrial Engineering and Management at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences is super flexible and really fun. The lectures and seminars are varied, the lecturers are committed and totally approachable. In addition, there is a well-kept campus where you simply feel at home.

What I particularly appreciate about our university is the creative freedom I have as a professor. Another important, positive aspect is the good collegial cooperation, especially in my degree programme team, but also in the entire WISO department. This is not a matter of course at universities.

In the Master's programme in Computer Engineering for IoT Systems, I really enjoy the practical projects and the supportive learning environment. The lecturers are very approachable and always willing to help, which makes studying much easier as a student.

What do we stand for? And how can we make this even more visible in future? Now it’s time to share some initial insights.Over the coming days, we’ll be showing you our employer brand with a fresh new look. How on earth did the cars end up here? 🚗What is now exclusively a footpath was actually still a car park in the late 1990s. Today, the car park is right next to it – the path now belongs to pedestrians. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️At first glance, the AKI – August Kramer Institute in the background doesn’t look as though, a few years later, it would be home to state-of-the-art technology in the fields of energy systems, materials and process engineering, and geoengineering. 😉Did the cars on the footpath puzzle you, or did you spot straight away where the photo was taken? 😊Let us know in the comments! 💬#CampusTimeTravel #TimeTravel #Campus #CampusLove #NordhausenUniversity #Nordhausen #Turingia #university

🎉 Congratulations on your 25th anniversary of service! Last week, we had the pleasure of honouring two special service anniversaries: Roberto Auer and Sandra Thomas were presented with certificates from the Free State of Thuringia to mark their 25th anniversary of service in the public sector. 👏 Our university president, Prof. Dr Jörg Wagner, presented the awards in person and thanked them for their long-standing loyalty, great dedication and valuable work for our university. 💙👉 Since 2001, Roberto Auer has been supporting the further development of research, collaborations and knowledge transfer within the Department of Research and Science Transfer.👉 Sandra Thomas has been part of the university for 25 years and, as the President’s secretary on the Executive Board, uses her considerable organisational skills to ensure that day-to-day university operations run smoothly. We would like to say: Congratulations on your anniversary, and we look forward to many more years together! 🎓😊 #Anniversary #Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences #Nordhausen #Turingia
