The equipment in the PC lab offers students in the Faculty of Engineering the opportunity to use the programming languages Java, C++, C# and Python to independently understand and apply the tasks from the programming lectures in the foundation and main degree programmes and thus deepen what they have learned. Specialised engineering software such as Matlab and LabVIEW are available in Thuringia as state licences and provide an interesting opportunity to expand your programming skills in the main course of study using specific applications. Another focus of the computer science programme is the creation of web applications on different hardware and database programming.
