Inclusive Studies: Course contents and modules

Structure of the course (in German)

The illustration shows the structure of the Bachelor's degree programme in Special Needs Education - Inclusive Studies. The programme lasts seven semesters. The semesters are arranged on the left in small blue boxes from bottom to top. At the bottom is the first semester and at the top is the seventh semester. There is a first study section from the first to the third semester and a second study section from the fourth to the seventh semester. The first study section is shown in a pink rectangle that is assigned to semesters one to three. The first study section comprises 90 ECTS credits. The grey box on the lower, right-hand side of the illustration states that lectures, tutorials, seminars and projects are held in the first study period. The second study section is the upper, middle pink square next to semesters four to seven. This section has 120 ECTS credits. The three grey boxes on the right-hand side indicate that, in addition to courses in the second study section, the internship takes place and the Bachelor's thesis is written. The Bachelor's thesis and the colloquium conclude the programme.

Excursion week

An excursion week takes place every winter semester. During this week, various institutions, projects, initiatives, associations, etc. are visited together with students and teachers.

These excursions are intended to provide practical information about possible internships and fields of work.

The excursion week is organized by the student council in close consultation with the suggestions and wishes of the students.
