The General Equal Treatment Act (AGG, downloadable as PDF, 245 KB) is a federal law that aims to prevent or eliminate these disadvantages.
Section 13 of the AGG (downloadable as PDF, 102 KB) gives employees of Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences the right to complain to the department if they feel they have been discriminated against in connection with their employment by the employer, superiors, other employees, or third parties on any of the above grounds.
